I work with business owners on the problems that don't fit neatly into one department.

My background is in GTM strategy, digital infrastructure, and brand positioning. I've managed paid media budgets, built conversion systems, and led product positioning across multiple verticals. The problems I solve tend to sit at the intersection of strategy, technology, and commercial execution.

More recently, I've built AI strategy and implementation into my practice. I run AI-powered infrastructure in my own operations and help clients figure out where it moves the needle versus where it's noise.

How I Work

I look at how things actually run. Where decisions stall, where money leaks, where the customer experience breaks down. Then I fix the system, not the symptom. I take on a small number of clients at a time.
